S&T Slovenija brings best practices in business analytics to regional SAP environmentsSigned agreement to deliver New Frontiers analytics solutionsNew Frontiers provides solutions for businesses that have reached the limits of the SAP analytics solutions platform, especially Business Warehouse, and want a more comprehensive business insight that can be deployed rapidly and cost-effectively. Today, few companies use SAP solutions exclusively; there is usually a coexistence of different systems. The SAP solution is used for managing financial operations and is complemented by specialized solutions for managing key business areas, which are often developed in-house. “I am glad we formed a partnership with someone that has many years of experience in business analytics in heterogeneous environments, and at the same time offers industry-specific solutions, such as those for manufacturing and retail,” said Jani Pušenjak, Head of the BI Group at S&T Slovenija. “When choosing a partner, we were looking for someone that would provide an out-of-the-box solution because there is an increasing demand for reducing deployment times," added Stane Klešnik, member of the Management Board at S&T Slovenija. New Frontiers solutions are based on Oracle tools as a technology platform for preparing data and reports (Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Business Intelligence), but can openly integrate with environments that are based on Microsoft, Oracle or IBM infrastructure. The technology is available to customers as part of the solution at special, substantially reduced prices as when purchased separately. |
