Ljubljana, December 10, 2007 - At its most recent meeting, the supervisory board of S&T Slovenija d.d. decided unanimously to expand the three-member management board, which currently consists of the chairman Robert Trnovec and the members Stane Klešnik and Sašo Berger. With January 1, 2008, the management board will gain two new members - Nenad Šutanovac, now Executive Director of Infrastructure Solutions, and Borut Kolmanič, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. Sašo Berger, board member and Executive Director of Finances, will become Vice President of the Board. The changes in the organization will allow greater flexibility of the management and an equal representation of all the business segments in the management board.
