An important step in implementing ERP solutions is the building of the process model of the solution. The deliverable of this service is a design of the future solution.

Based on the agreed upon solution design, the business processes in the ERP system are transformed. We carry out integration tests and simulate the company's future operations.

ERP solutions need to be supported throughout their lifecycle, both in terms of licensing that ensures customers have the rights to use the latest versions and comply with regulations as well as system administration.

Training is carried out as the ERP system is implemented as well as after its deployment. Often, companies need support as they grow, adapt to market needs or implement an additional business process that has not been required when the system was implemented.
