S&T Maintenance – General Description

S&T has more than 20 years of experience with maintaining IT systems and ensuring their operation. During this time, we have gained extensive experience with providing quality support. Our Customer support center makes sure that your call is received by friendly staff and submitted to support engineers as soon as possible. Our experienced teams of professionals who are responsible for different aspects of IT infrastructure and business systems is on call 24/7 so our contractual customers receive the highest level of service and their issues are resolved quickly. In the event of a more serious incident, we have an in-house Level 2 support team of professionals and agreed contractual escalation paths to our vendors’ technical support.
