Our software solution for kindergartens/pre-school institutions covers the specific requirements of their operations as well as centralized enrolment requirements, where necessary (municipalities).
Software solution for kindergartens
The solution has been developed and expanded in collaboration with kindergartens and municipalities since 2008 and is designed to keep records of children at the levels of individual kindergartens and entire municipalities. The solution is used to prepare various forms and statistical reports, transfer data into other systems (kindergarten accounting systems, eAsistent, etc.) and calculate work position systematization.
The solution is built on Microsoft .NET and uses Microsoft SQL database server.

Creation of outputs
Preparation of different individual and batch outputs (acceptance notifications, contracts, confirmations that applications were received on time/after the deadline, confirmation of enrolment/withdrawal, decisions on terminating the proceedings, labels, envelopes compliant with the General Administrative Procedure Act, other custom output) and preparation of statistical reports (for Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, municipalities).

Creation of children groups for the upcoming school year (even before the enrolment for a new school year has been launched) and preparation of data to be transferred to other systems (kindergarten accounting systems – VASCO, SAOP, CEUVIZ records, eASISTENT).
Support for employees
Accurate redesign of workplace systematization based on department structure in accordance with the Rules on norms and personnel requirements for the performance of pre-school education activity and a special module for managing employee training.
Analysis
Calculation of differences in material costs for available spots and analysis of playing surfaces, etc.
Municipalities that operate multiple kindergartens can aggregate data for statistics about children in kindergarten and implement centralized enrollment for all kindergartens in the municipality.
